Hey! I’m renting out a large, bright double room in my flat, and I'm looking for somebody to share the space with.

The Place:

The Room & Facilities: Comes furnished with a large wardrobe, plus sole access to your own ensuite bathroom.

The Shared Spaces: A large, comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen. (I only recently moved in, so I'm still adding little finishing touches here and there!)

Location: We're about a 25-minute walk (or 7 minutes by public transport) to Leamington Station, and a 20-minute walk to the Parade for all the local pubs, cafes, and bars.

The Details: All bills are included.

About Me & Who I'm Looking For:
I’m a 29-year-old female working professional (live-in landlord). I’d love to find a young professional or graduate student who appreciates a clean, cozy space and good vibes. Ideally, someone who is up for sharing a chat or a meal from time to time, and will treat the flat with care.
