The house mates are mid to late 20's-30's, working professionals and I always have a mix of boys and girls! This is a pleasant friendly house so we are looking for a young professional who will be both a good housemate and tenant – considerate and respectful to other housemates and of the house. Someone who is clean and tidy and ensures they clean up after themselves.

The room is fully furnished and is light and bright, overlooking the Leamington tennis club. Priced at £850 this includes all bills – council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water as well as maintenance and including cleaning of shared areas. You pay only to use the washing machine/drier: £1-2 a wash depending on length of wash...

We have 5 properties and find that our tenants, who are generally new to the area, are looking for both the opportunity to meet new people and socialise, as well as have their own space and privacy. So, there is a separate living room, large kitchen with dining table and we supply garden furniture and a BBQ, providing the opportunity to have a chat and catch up over a cuppa or glass of wine at the end of the day. The bedrooms are all fully furnished including a desk and so enough space for housemates to also enjoy their own space and privacy.
