The house is an ideal 10 mins walk from Leamington centre, situated in a quiet, sought after area. There is a shed in the back garden, off road parking for one car - as well as plenty of inset parking both at the front and rear of the house.
The flat mates are Fran - a PhD student at Warwick University and Duncan - an engineer working at a small local consultancy .
They enjoy living in a clean and tidy home so would hope for the same aspiration from any potential housemate - however a cleaner visits fortnightly to help keep on top of things.
I live just round the corner so very close by should there be any issues. I'm a fairly hands on landlord, happy to be contacted at any time and quick to fix/replace things as required.
