The flat mates are James and Elizabeth, both professionals working nearby.

They enjoy living in a clean and tidy home so would hope for the same aspiration from any potential housemate - however a cleaner visits fortnightly to help keep on top of things.

I live just round the corner so very close by should there be any issues. I'm a fairly hands on landlord, happy to be contacted at any time and quick to fix/replace things as required.
