The house mates are mid to late 20's, working professionals and I always have a mix of boys and girls! These housemates are a very pleasant, sociable bunch. We are looking for a professional who will be both a good housemate and tenant – considerate and respectful to other housemates and of the house. Someone who is clean and tidy and ensures they clean up after themselves.
Priced at £650 this includes all bills – council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water as well as maintenance including cleaning of shared areas. You pay only to use the washing machine/drier – £1-2 per wash.
We have 5 properties and find that our tenants, who are generally new to the area, are looking for both the opportunity to meet new people and socialise, as well as have their own space and privacy. So, there is a separate living room and we provide garden furniture and a BBQ, providing the opportunity to have a chat and catch up over a cuppa or glass of wine at the end of the day. The bedrooms are all fully furnished including a desk and so enough space for housemates to also enjoy their own space and privacy.
Within walking distance of The Parade, the house is close to local shops and the popular pub The Fat Pug, and is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac next to the tennis and squash club.
No pesky agents, you deal directly with my husband and myself who deal with any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
