Lovely double room in town centre, (much sought after CV32). 5 minutes from the top of the Parade (shops, restaurants, bars etc.) £600 a month including bills.

This room:
Double bed with good quality mattress, king sized duvet & 4 pillows
Carpet, curtains and blackout blind
Desk, bedside tables and lamps, plus built in wardrobe and shelving, as well as separate chest of drawers and shelves (as per pictures).
There is wifi and an ethernet port in every room.

Shower room:
Newly refurbished.
Shared with only one other.
Dual fuel towel radiator so towels still dry in the summer.
Underfloor heating for the winter, cosy toes, not chilly ones!

Privacy:
The bedroom, the shower room and the other lodger’s room that shares the shower, are on a separate floor providing privacy from the rest of the house.

The House:
It is a recently renovated Victorian terraced house,
We are friendly but privacy is respected.
You are welcome to use the communal living space, including the kitchen/diner, living room and also the paved garden whenever you wish.

Parking:
Free unrestricted street parking

Location:
2 minute walk away from the local shops
5 minutes from the Top of The Parade (array of shops inc. Tescos, restaurants, bars, bus stops to most places)
Quiet residential street.
Railway Station 20 mins
Easy access to M40, A46, A452

What we are looking for:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is respectful, clean & tidy and with the ability to be sociable (but not a party animal). I am a psychotherapist and I work from home, including in the early evenings, so it is important to me that others in the house respect this. As this situation needs to be accommodated and I understand that it is slightly unusual, the room rate is considerably lower than it otherwise would be for its standard, location and other amenities. You can still have fun, in fact fun is encouraged but you just need to be mindful of my work and people staying here.

Typical Lodgers to date:
Young professionals in the automotive industry, software companies and National Grid. Students on placement or doing a Ph. D. from a range of European countries (I am happy to help you with your English if you like and that is you).

The lodger with whom this room shares the shower room is a young professional on placement with National Grid for a year, I expect a similar tenant to take over his room when he leaves. The current occupant of this room is an engineer going on an extended trip to South America.
