Small double room in friendly house share

Hello,

We have a small double room to rent in a friendly, sociable, relaxed and professional house share.
We currently have 2 men, and 1 woman, and we are looking for our fourth housemate, looking for someone who is also friendly and trustworthy to join us.

Please be aware I do have 1 very well behaved dog, so you must be comfortable with a dog in the home.
Pets are possible and will be considered, but with their nature taken into account to ensure they are suitable for my dog living here.

We have a lovely bungalow type house in a lovely village.

We have:
Lots of storage in attic,
Garage, with home gym equipment
Utility room.

Stocked/furnished kitchen,
Living room,
2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bath and shower, both with toilets)
Garden
Double driveway and plenty of on road parking (thankfully, we never have to worry about finding a space here)

Please note for accessibility, there are stairs leading up to the front door.

Please note the house is furnished, and bills are included, along with excellent wifi.

The room to be rented is a small double bedroom that currently has a double bed frame and brand new mattress, and a closet.
