This small double room includes furniture, comprising of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, blinds and TV aerial.

The communal areas include a dining kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully kitted out and include washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and two fridge/freezers. An upstairs storage cupboard stores a vacuum, iron and ironing board.

There are two shared bathrooms. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor including shower, toilet and wash basin.

The garden area is a lovely quiet space for relaxing.

Utility bills included are council tax, water rates, electricity, gas bills AND UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED WIFI!
