Double Room Or Single Room Nuneaton Lovely House

Lovely home, great room, nice area in Nuneaton, Stockingford, CV10. Husband and Wife (Steve and Jana) have available for rent either a DOUBLE room or SINGLE. Single from 21st April. Double from 6th April.

SINGLE ROOM £105 per week, Double ROOM rent is £130 per week for one person (or £180 for a couple), All bills included. Rent can be paid every fortnight. Deposit two weeks rent (can be spread over two months). Bed linen, quilt, towels etc. all provided changed weekly. some toiletries, cleaning products also included Cutlery, dishware and all appliances are useable.

We would not usually rent both rooms out at the same time. But sometimes we do for a short period. We can do short lets and even cook meals (for a small charge) if you wish

Two bathrooms. Large lounge, decent sized kitchen diner, lovely garden with BBQ and patio heaters.

Parking, bus stops 5 minutes walk, shops, pubs takeaways, churches, 10 minutes walk. George Eliot 30 minutes walk. Coventry, Leicester, Coleshill, Hinckley 20-30 minutes drive.

ABOUT US, we both have a sense of humour, enjoy travelling, history, sport cooking and gardening and more. Our house guest must have decent English for easy communication, decent hygiene, be clean and tidy and no drugs or smokers. Any age or gender is welcome. Whilst respecting privacy we are equally open to sharing meals and social time.
