THE HOUSE
Share with five other flatmates, a mixture of men and women. The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen with modern appliances, storage and a breakfast bar, plus a communal garden and bike storage.

BILLS AND CLEANING
All bills are included in the rent. Virgin fibre broadband and a wireless mesh system are provided throughout the house. Regular cleaning of communal areas is included. An optional room cleaning service is available for an additional charge.

LOCATION AND PARKING
The property is within walking distance of Nuneaton town centre, with access to the train station and local bus routes. Road connections include the A444 and M6 for travel towards Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham. George Eliot Hospital is also accessible from the property.
