Hello! I'm renting out the spare room in my home, and I'm looking for someone easy-going to share it with.

**About me**
I'm Kelton — friendly, laid-back, and out of the house a fair bit. I work as a Senior Manager, and outside work I'm into keeping active and travelling. I've been here just over five years and it's a genuinely quiet, safe area.

**The room**
A large, bright double with its own generous ensuite. Fully furnished with a king-size bed and plenty of storage, high-speed internet throughout, and a pleasant outlook over the neighbourhood.

**Shared spaces**
- Large open-plan kitchen with big fridge-freezer and dishwasher
- Spacious living room with two corner sofas — good for film nights
- Home gym in the conservatory, plus the garden
- Utility area with washer and dryer
- Three WCs and one is yours in total (one down, two up), so no queuing in the mornings

**Location**
Close to the town centre and the college, with grocery stores, restaurants and parks all within walking distance.

**What I'm looking for**
A responsible, considerate housemate — ideally a working professional, though I'm happy to hear from students too. Keeping shared areas clean, respecting each other's space, and communicating openly is all I ask. Short-term and long-term stays both considered.

**Rent**
£650 per month, all bills included (electricity, water, internet). Deposit to be discussed.
