I am a live in landlady who is away 5 days a week and am looking to rent a double attic room. A double room on the first floor is already tenanted.
The property is a refurbished period cottage in a country lane location with off street parking and internet.

There is a ground floor office available if needed and shared areas are as follows:
Bathroom, kitchen, lounge, conservatory and laundry room with washer and dryer and additional large fridge/freezer.

The property has gardens to the rear and side and a log burner.

WiFi, water and a some of the utilities are included.
There is no TV in the property, but if a tenant wanted to pay the TV licence they would be welcome to have one in their room.

Would suit a mature, tidy professional. No couples, or children.
Non smokers only.
