Please note that I tend to to go out a lot over the weekends or am away in London so there will be lots of weekends where you have the whole house to yourself.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with lovely green walking paths and open fields nearby, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a calm and peaceful environment.

The room is furnished and includes:

About the home

I am a live-in landlord. I used to be a primary school teacher and now work as a therapeutic play practitioner and private nanny.

I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and spending time with friends, and the home is generally calm and quiet.

My son very occasionally visits from university, he also shares any time off from university at his Dad's house and he is quiet and respectful, so the house remains a low-key household.

Looking for

I am looking for a professional person who enjoys peace and calm and would appreciate a relaxed and tidy home. I am a socialabke person but also enjoy my own space and respect others personal space and needs.

This home would best suit a tidy and considerate professional who values a calm and respectful living environment.

Term time I work afternoons only and school holidays I am out of the house all day at work.

The room can be set up as two single beds or a double.

£ 600 per month – all bills included
Extra £40pm if working from home

Cost of couples is £1100 per calendar month

If you are a single tenant and would like guests to stay this is an extra 15.00 per night your visitor sleeps over.
