Here we have a gorgeous detached house in a quiet area in Nuneaton (Whitestone) with great bus links to the town centre.

We have a double bedroom upstairs, at the rear of the house with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table available.

Secure a room with a £90 holding deposit, remainder of deposit and 1st month’s rent to be paid in full prior to moving in.

The house has gardens, both front and back with driveway parking and street parking is also available. All rooms are fully furnished. There is a an upstairs shower room, a downstairs shower room, downstairs toilet and one of the rooms has its own en suite so there are plenty of facilities.

Utilities are included in the rent which include: council tax, gas, electric, water rates and wireless broadband.

The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected, the dryer is free of charge.
