Double room & Own bathroom in Radford Semele, Leam

We are looking to rent out one of the rooms in our 3 bedroom house in Radford Semele. It's a double room at the front of the house and you will have your own bathroom, but this is shared with our guest room, which means it will be yours only to use for 99.9% of the time, unless we have the occassional guest (once a year maybe).

The house is occupied by myself and my partner, as well as our dog who is afraid of men unfortunately, so we are looking for a female housemate. He is very loving and cuddly so ideally we would look for someone who loves dogs. I work from home and my partner runs his own business, so we are around the house most days.

The room is furnished with a double bed, including mattress, and a wardrobe. Any additional furniture to be brought in by the tenant if required.

The house is located in Radford Semele, attached to Leamington Spa with fantastic access to Fosse Way for commuting, and only a short 10 minute drive into the centre of Leamington Spa. There is ample street parking right under the bedroom window and the estate is quiet and safe.
