I’m looking for a friendly, professional housemate. The house was fully renovated in 2023 and is a really clean, calm and comfortable place to live.

The loft bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and has plenty of storage, including built-in eaves storage, drawers and under-bed storage, as well as a wardrobe. You’ll also have access to a shared bathroom with a bath, plus a downstairs WC, living room and kitchen.

There is free on-street parking available.

I’m looking for someone who is active, and sociable, but who also enjoys having their own space. Ideally, you’ll be clean, tidy and respectful of the home, and most importantly, just a genuinely nice person who is easy to live with!

The vibe at home is chilled, tidy and relaxed — happy to have a chat, cook dinner or watch something together, but equally happy for us both to do our own thing.
