Your own ground floor accommodation to including en-suite shower room, double bed, own sitting room and own kitchenette. Own parking space. Access to tiny garden.

I will need occasional access to kitchenette for washing machine and access to garden. We will share the front door and hallway. I live on the top two floors.

Single occupancy only, Monday to Friday preferred but will consider other. Professional with references only.

Sitting room has a TV and is furnished. Kitchenette has two ring hob, toaster, kettle, combi microwave oven.

All bills included, including fast broadband.
