Stunning double room, centrally located

One large double bedroom for single use, available for 5 nights a week (occasional weekends ok)in shared cottage, central Shipston on Stour. We are a working married couple and we have 2 friendly dogs. House has 2 lounges including a garden room and a nice garden. Newly fitted shower room with rainfall shower.

The room has a good quality double bed (with storage under), duel aspect windows, reclining chair, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. We have good Wifi, great size fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. Plus separate dining room. We are a mostly quiet house, who both work full-time. Car parking is available on the road close to the house or off street in a car patk, 1 minute walk. The town is 2 minutes walk and includes supermarket, chemist and independent shops.

We are flexible with number of nights the room is available, rent of £550 per month for 5 nights a week including Wifi and utilities. Please get in contact for any more information
