I'm a live-in landlord, have one permanent lodger.

Double size room available for single occupancy - furnished.
For short terms weekly lets only - £350 per week , or £300 for Mon - Fri only.
Weekly clean and bedding change provided.
Tea/coffee making facilities can be provided on request.
Mini fridge/cooler provided in room.

Quiet countryside location within easy travelling distance to Stratford (20 mins),
Warwick (30 mins), Leamington and Oxford (40 mins).

The house has one main shared bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom (with toilet). My lodger/s have access to the kitchen.

I am looking for someone who would fit well into a tidy and quiet household.

All bills and CT are included in rent.
Also includes high-speed internet and TV licence.

The house is in a lovely area, with easy access to countryside walks and to the small town of Shipston.

Off-road parking is available on the drive.

A basic character or employment reference would be required and also need to sign a simple lodging agreement (to be supplied).
