- Situated in the picturesque village of Napton
- Quiet street, with rolling countryside views
- Close to Southam, Leamington, Daventry, Rugby, and Gaydon

Parking:
- Plenty of street parking right outside the house

Garden:
- Laid to lawn with large secluded patio

Rent:
- Includes bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water, and broadband)

Me:
- 32yo engineer
- Work out most evenings (home gym) and stay active / healthy
- Easy-going, and like to chill out with music / films, but keep busy with various projects (cars, DIY, tech, etc)
