Double & Single En-Suite rooms

Single Room

We have a double and single en-suite room available for long term letting on the first floor above The Hollybush Pub in Priors Marston. Both rooms are en-suite with showers and bed linen will be changed on a weekly basis. Bills included, including WIFI.

We have other long-term residents living here in seperate rooms. There is a large, friendly dog living on the top floor (floor above where the available rooms are) of the pub with the landlords.

Residents are able to use the pub facilitiies downstairs which include a chinese takeaway, lounge areas, large garden and parking area. Occasionally, there will be live entertainment in the pub.

Priors Marston is a beautiful, sleepy little village in a rural location located within a short distance of Leamington Spa, Banbury, Daventry, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Please note - there is no public transport into the village and it is located in a beautiful rural locatio.
