Rooms in 3 Bed/3 Bath – Near Leam & Cov

We’re two female professionals who bought our first home quite young and now have a couple of spare rooms we’d love to fill!

It’s a lovely 3-bed, 3-bath home in Southam. We have a double room and a small single/box room available. Just to be completely honest, the single is quite small, but would be perfect for a student or professional looking for something affordable.

We both work full-time, one in law and one in business development. We’re really friendly and easy-going, although we do love our own space too, so there’s absolutely no pressure to constantly socialise!

For the first 3 months we ask that rent is paid upfront at the start of each month, just because we’ve unfortunately had a previous lodger leave without paying.
