2 Double rooms available, for professional female(s), in a spacious, recently refurbished, mid-terrace house. The house has recently had a new roof and boiler so nice and cosy in the colder months.

House has 3 bedrooms in total, 2 shared living areas (living room and separate dining room), shared kitchen and ground floor bathroom and nicely decorated.

Looking for extremely clean and tidy person(s) to join our lovely household and someone who is able to communicate very well when it comes to household matters.

I currently live at the property, I am a kind, clean, respectful person and would welcome one or two clean, respectful and conscientious people to move in to share the property.

Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria (I am looking for a female - no couples, no families, no pets).

One thing to mention is I already have a cat, he is a British short hair and very cute, so the person moving in would need to be ok with living with cats (no allergies etc).
