Hi, I have a comfortable and bright double room available end of June 2026 for a quiet and tidy professional.

I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger or I will consider a full-time maximum 6 month let but not remote workers. Full time price is available on request.

The furnished room is being let for single occupancy and includes all utilities and Wi-Fi in a quiet, neat and tidy non-smoking home. Shared spaces include well equipped kitchen-diner, bathroom (with bath and over-hanging shower), downstairs cloakroom and tranquil south facing garden with patio. The two-bed property is situated on a quiet no through road with free on street parking.

Stratford upon Avon town centre is five minutes by car or 20-30 minutes’ walk and has several cycle routes. A bus stop into town, convenience store and supermarket are within walking distance.

The location is ideal for professionals working at the RSC Theatre, NFU Mutual and Jaguar Land Rover, Gaydon.

Please note that the propery includes two well-behaved cats.
