We have two lovely double rooms, one available full time (£155/week) and the other Monday to Friday (£!20/week). It is a few minutes from Stratford City Centre, just off Birmingham Road, in a 'cul de sac' near Tesco and the Maybird Centre. My husband and I live here with two cats, although I'm away during the week.
When we are home, I'm usually in our lounge/office, where I can get things done and be out of the way while hubby might be playing a little guitar.
We are busy and buzzy individuals looking to rent the room to someone who is just as respectful, considerate, and trustworthy. We are foodies and music lovers, and usually out and about working or meeting up with friends all over the country and beyond.
Our home is a haven of tranquillity, offering a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax, or study in peace.
We are not fussed about gender, background, or occupation. We welcome kind, like-minded individuals who are considerate of others and respectful of our home. We like to interact but respect others' privacy and personal space.
The two cats are outdoors, super clean, and cuddly. They live their life, and they will only come into your room if you're inviting them. :)
While we are flexible about many things, we do have a few expectations. We kindly ask that you smoke in the garden, be considerate towards our cats, clean up after yourself, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. These simple rules help us maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment for all
