Large Double room Stratford Upon Avon

Large Double room, built in wardrobe, in a house with a modern family bathroom put in, for single occupancy in a quiet shared house. All bills included (inc council tax), parking available and wireless internet. The house has all mod cons including, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer for busy people on the move. I'm looking for a female lodger as all are currently female and we've found it works well. There is use of the rest of the house, including modern kitchen with all the stuff you would normally need and lounge. The room comes fully furnished including fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside cupboard and double bed. It's walking distance from town, near the rail stations and close to Morrisons making it easy to pop out for things. If you have got some stuff it's possible to put some boxes in the garage to store things too like a bike. It's great to sit out in the garden relaxing with a glass of wine when summer comes. Come round and have a look.
