Myself and my husband work in finance and farming. We have a son who is 6 and sleeps through the night. There are two small well behaved dogs who are kept downstairs at all times.
We have a pretty regular schedule and routine and are ordinarily up around 7am. As such we wouldn’t expect anyone living with us to be up and down the stairs after 11pm as we’re all in bed by this point and don’t want to be disturbed or woken up. The odd occasion is understandable with nights out etc. but from Monday-Friday at least this is the expectation.
The town centre is roughly 3 miles away.
All bills are included.
