Bright, spacious double room (14m²/150sq ft) available for single woman looking for a long term, warm and friendly houseshare with an all-inclusive rent.

We are looking for another woman who shares our passions for culture, literature and movies, cooking and socialising together. We're like family so if you just want to rent a room to hide away in then this is not the house for you! Also because of this, short term lets will not be considered.

We are 10 mins walk from the train station and Morrisons, and a 15-20 min walk to the centre of town with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and the RSC theatres.

- The large double room is furnished with a beautiful oak double bed with new mattress and bedding, wardrobe with full length mirror inside, work desk and chair, bedside table and lamp, large chest of drawers, a blackout blind, and a towel rail.

- The large refurbished kitchen/dining room comes with all white goods, microwave and electric oven with gas hob. A large dining table with chairs is situated near the French doors which give a lovely view of the garden. There is also a large flatscreen smart TV with Netflix, iPlayer etc.

- Fibre optic broadband (Wi-Fi) is available.

- Newly refurbished shared bathroom with walk in shower, and cupboard storage for toiletries.
