Room in a friendly and warm four room flat.

Shared facilities include a large Kitchen and Bathroom/Shower.

Rooms can have a single or double bed. Basic dresser unit provided, no other furniture but you may bring in anything you wish.

ALL BILLS are included, which includes electricity, gas, Water Rates, Council Tax, cleaning supplies and even toilet paper! Free unlimited broadband for all flatmates.

The existing flatmates get along really well and you will fit in easily providing you are mindful of other people and don't make noise late at night. Access to the flat is 24/7 as it is above a quiet pub, and you will get to know the regulars if you come downstairs into the community.

Few simple rules, include NO SMOKING anywhere in the flat, NO PETS, NO PARTIES (but occasional guests are welcome). Free private parking for one vehicle.

Room is for single occupancy only. Rent is paid monthly in advance, bond would be negotiable depending on references and your status.
