Lovely & comfortable house-share in Tredington. Parking.
Two beautiful bedrooms. Each bed has a deep coil-sprung immaculate mattress.
– One on top floor + some of the rest of the floor, with space for a desk.
– One on 1st floor, next to bathroom. Glorious view of lane leading up to the church.
Bathroom has white cast-iron bath and elm floorboards. Shared with other housemate + very occasional guest.
Huge sitting room with 3 sofas, TV, opens onto big terrace. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer etc.). Extra storage in garage and attic. Big garden leads down to stream. Plenty of space inside & out to be either sociable or secluded. Truly heaven on earth.
Looking for two friendly, considerate & clean housemates. (I am the third.)

I work & smoke at my desk by the back door. Housemates can smoke there or outside. (VERY occasionally, smoking in the living room is okay, esp. with French doors open in summer or up the chimney in winter, but not for everyday as it would make everything stink for non-smokers.) NO smoking upstairs under any circumstances.
Bills included: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, TV licence, insurance, council tax Band F, maintenance etc.
The £725 & £775 pcm equate to £23.83 & £25.47 per day and go toward the above bills.
