We’re looking for a housemate who's friendly, clean, considerate and responsible.
I smoke at my desk by the back door. Once in a blue moon, smoking in the living room is okay, with French doors open or up the chimney, but not for everyday as it would make everything stink and not be nice for non-smokers. NO smoking upstairs under any circumstances.
Bills included: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, TV licence, insurance, council tax Band F etc..
