Family home with friendly dogs and cat. Please only contact me if you are very comfortable around family pets. The cat lives outdoors and my beagles are stuck to me like glue, or thieving something they shouldn't. The dogs do not go upstairs, there is a stairgate to prevent this.

We are early risers and early to bed. We will be having puppies so you do need to love dogs and understand how to not get them excited.

Opportunity to go into much larger room in the future if preferred and budget available.

Two bathrooms in property, family have living downstairs and current lodger uses upstairs shower room.

TV in room with NOW TV Smart Stick and Virgin 350 broadband WiFi , double bed and bed side. IKEA style wardrobe.

Shared kitchen diner , washing machine/dryer dishwasher and garden, plenty of on road, permit free parking.

I work for the nhs locally and I am home the majority of the time.
