I have two double room coming available on 14th of May and 15thJune 2021. The rooms are furnished and has a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The house is a three story, five bedroom terraced house next to the canal between Leamington and Warwick.. Very well insulated, double glazed, with double glazed folding, sliding patio doors out to composite decking. Also benefitting from a recent kitchen diner extension 2 years ago, with underfloor heating. The master bedroom is already taken and has its own ensuite, therefore the family bathroom is shared by three only. There are five bedrooms in the house, but the house only has four tenants, therefore there is a spare bedroom for the occosional guest. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a large dining table, and two sofa's. plus there is also a downstairs loo.

The house was originally rented by four guys who were graduates at JLR two years ago.. Now two of them is leaving to move to London, therefore two rooms are going to be available. The guys are friendly, easy going and good friends around the age of 25. Two engineers.
