Spacious 1 bed flat for short/medium-term let

I am looking to rent my beautiful two bedroom apartment from from the start of September 2026.

It has 1 double bedroom with en-suite as well as a full bathroom. The second smaller room is currently used as a dressing room, but can potentially change this to a small bedroom with bed & wardrobes if required.

It is fully furnished with a lovely outdoor patio area, which backs on the river. It has a good sized double bedroom with storage and a fold-out double sofa bed in the living area. It has a desk with screens for remote working, a kitchen with all amenities, cleaning products and fresh towels/laundry are provided.

The development is very safe and quiet.

Ideally looking for a single person or a couple who will keep the place clean and tidy.

Absolutely no parties or large groups.

Will consider pets as long as they are kept out of the bedrooms and ideally non-shedding.
