Hi, ’m looking to rent out my spare room to a clean and tidy professional on a Monday to Friday basis. I’m a 51 year old professional that works from home.

The room is a large room with a single bed, hanging rail and large set of drawers. You will have use of your own shower room which is located on the ground floor.

Bed linen and towels will be provided and will be laundered regularly.

You will also have use of the spacious kitchen and dining room, as well as my beautiful south facing garden.

There is free parking and wifi. Bills are included. Rent is £500 PCM.

The house is superbly located in central Warwick – minutes walk from the market square and local shops, bars, pubs and restaurants, as well as St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre.

Priory Park, St Nicholas Park, and the Hatton Locks stretch of canal are also minutes walk away.

Warwick town station is right across the road with direct trains to Birmingham and London.
Warwick Hospital is a four minute walk away.
Very easy access for the A46 and M40, JLR and the Technology Park (National Grid).
