A recently re decorated single room for a more modern vibe. This includes a single bed, fitted wardrobe, fitted blinds, dressing table with mirror and chair and a full length mirror.
This is a lovely light room with morning sunshine. There is NO en suite. A female would be preferred but this is not limited.
You will have the use of a 2nd sitting room with TV, sofa and a small table to eat at with chairs. There is a large garden to the rear with patio table and chairs and a rotary to hang washing with a large driveway to the front for ample parking.
The room is priced for 7 nights a week but I would also consider a 5 nights a week rental at £450 pcm.
The house is a 15 minute walk to both Warwick Hospital and Warwick train station, very close to the A46 for easy access to the Saxon Mill or driving to Kenilworth, Coventry or joining the M40. It is a 25 minute walk to Warwick town centre or to Leamington Spa. There is a Tesco, an MnS and a Sainsbury local very close by.
