The house is around 10 years old, fully furnished with kitchen, lounge, bathroom (to be shared with 1 other housemate only as the other has an en-suite), a downstairs toilet and a good-sized garden. There is street parking available directly outside the house.

The bedroom is spacious with a built in double wardrobe and a separate cupboard.

The house is approximately 5 minutes drive from both Leamington and Warwick. There is a co-op, fish & chip shop and a chinese takeaway just round the corner.
