The house mates are mid 20's to mid 30's, working professionals.

We are looking for someone who will be both a good housemate and tenant – considerate and respectful to other housemates and of the house. Someone who is clean and tidy and ensures they clean up after themselves.

The room is fully furnished. Priced at £650 this includes all bills – council tax, gas, electricity, broadband and water as well as maintenance including cleaning of shared areas. You pay only for the use of washing machine/drier - generally £1-2 per week.

We have 5 properties and find that our tenants, who are generally new to the area, are looking for both the opportunity to meet new people and socialise, as well as have their own space and privacy. So, there is a separate living room and we provide garden furniture and a BBQ, giving the opportunity to have a chat and catch up over a cuppa or glass of wine at the end of the day. The bedrooms are all fully furnished including a desk and are large enough for housemates to also enjoy their own space and privacy.

No pesky agents charging a fortune for doing nothing, you deal directly with my husband and myself who deal with any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
