Though the rooms are furnished, they don't come with bedding or soft furnishings. (However, we understand how much there is to organise with a relocation – so we have packages for these items available should you require them!)

We work hard to carefully curate a positive and like-minded dynamic within each of our shared homes. We respectfully ask interested parties to therefore note that our rooms are not suitable for couples, students or those in-between jobs.

References and employment are essential. We require a deposit and just the pro rata rate of the month you move in, then full rent from the 1st of the following month.
