Great House, Bright Shared Spaces, Garden

Bright room available in a friendly, relaxed house with a lovely garden and great shared spaces. I am a working professional who enjoys reading, walking and travelling.

The house has a spacious living room, dining area, and a well-finished kitchen with plenty of natural light. The garden is a real highlight - very green and peaceful, with birdsong throughout the day, and a nice spot to sit outside.

The room itself is simple and unfurnished, with white walls and a clean, neutral feel (updated since the photograph). It’s a blank canvas, so you can set it up in your own way. I’m happy to provide a single bed if needed, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture.

I live here with a friendly cat, and there are also a few ducks at the bottom of the garden, which adds to the relaxed, outdoorsy feel of the place. You can walk from here for miles through the countryside, up to Caldecote riding school and beyond.

This would suit someone looking for an affordable room in a calm, tidy home, who’s happy to make the space their own and enjoys a calm, chilled lifestyle.

I park my car on the driveway but you can park in front of it or on the road right by the house.
