I have 1 beautiful double room available in Wellesbourne in a lovely quiet area. It is a few minutes walk to Sainsbury's, the community gym and close drive to Longbridge Island and the Fosse Way. It is a very peaceful place to live with little noise and beautiful scenery. There is lots of natural light in the house which is really lovely to have all year round.

Previously hosted mature students for Uni of Warwick PGCE/Post Grad, attendees of Wellesbourne Flight School, Wellesbourne Campus for University of Warwick and perfect location for those at JLR or Morton Morrell Equine College.

Bedroom 2 - available from Friday 11th September 2026
A very spacious room with a king sized bed, a huge set of drawers and a desk (not shown in picture, can send pics if you wish). There is a large fitted mirrored wardrobe with lots of space to store clothes and other items.

Bedroom 1 - taken but will be available again October/November 2026

There is a shared dining area, bathroom (with a bath & a lovely hot shower), kitchen and a beautiful garden with plenty of space to enjoy. We also have a little gym set up, a wood-fired sauna and a fire pit.

You will be living with a friendly landlord who enjoys a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle & likes to spend a lot of time outdoors and currently a lovely tenant with a 13 year old spaniel (who is very lovely natured too!). This tenant is due to move out in October/November.
