Well decorated, large double room to let in a lovely house. I have a cosy living room and large dining room, which you would be free to use.

The most important thing to me is to find the right lodger, and I'd only consider Monday-Friday (£110 per week). I'd also be open to someone that only needed the room a few nights per week paying less, as finding the right person is the most important.

The bathroom would only be shared with me. I'm a professional, single female, working at home approx. 50% of the time. I also have a large but friendly dog! However please be aware she looks scary, but is harmless. She will make a lot of noise meeting someone for the first time.
