Peaceful double room

This is a Monday-Friday let or other days as required to suit a shift worker or someone working away from home. So it could be any 4 nights in a week. NB flexibility on the price if it is for less days/nights a week.

Possible full time let for the right person.

Double room. Shared bathroom. Use of Kitchen I also have a meditation/yoga room, which you could use. Unfortunately there is no off-road parking. It's a completely no smoking house and garden.

I work from home, so this would suit someone who goes out to work. I eat mainly vegetarian/flexitarian. I don't generally drink alcohol so while I'm Ok with occasional alcohol, it's not a vibe I'd like regularly in the house.

Might suit a healthcare worker or shift worker. Buddhists preferred :)

0.3 miles to beach front (1 minute drive, 7 minute walk)

1.1 mile to Port Talbot hospital (4 minute drive 20 minute walk)

0.8 miles to Resource Centre Moor Road (4 minute drive 15 minute walk).

4.4 miles to Steelworks (11 minute drive)

Bus stop, local shops, pharmacy and post office all within 200 Metres walk.
Off road parking if needed

The rent for Mon-Fri - includes all bills

Rent for full time would not include bills. Bills average at £351 so half of that would be a £185pcm contribution from you.
