I have one spacious room to rent in a friendly , modern freshly renovated home in Swansea in a quiet cul-de-sac, plenty of street parking if you have a car. If not. a three minute walk to the local public transport with frequent buses at rush hours. Also walking distance is a supermarket, some popular shops and retail clothes shops.
The double bedroom has modern sliding door wardrobe with drawers and a full length mirror. A bedside unit with a lamp.
Living Room is a shared spacious, comfortable and modern room with a television.
Kitchen - very modern new kitchen access to fridge/freezer/cooker/microwave/
washing machine and cooking utensils.
Shared bathroom with a shower/vanity basin and toilet. Also have a toilet on the ground floor..
Looking for a professional person , would expect the person to keep their room clean and tidy and most importantly be respectful of everything in the home.
The friendly landlord would be willing to do washing and ironing to help a busy professional.

£400 deposit and a months rent i£450 in advance.
