Double room in Large house in Craig - Cefn- Park SA6 5SZ with great view over the forrest/bird sanctuary.
A very quiet area. House has its own stream running down to the small river in the park below.
The area is known for its walks which are largely unrestricted.
A parking space in the drive is provided.
The lower floor room comes with its own Bathroom/shower/ Toilet. There are two rooms to choose from, so a choice can be made and furnished to requirements.
I am a recently retired Landlord from Worcester having let out accomodation to students for the last 20 years. Friends can be invited for overnight stays but the Council rules state no other rooms can be let unless the house is licenced for multiple occupation and I wont be doing that.
I have a very friendly collie dog who is 12yrs. If you jave a dog or cat they would have to meet and get on.
The Council Tax band is F and internet is provided. I pay the Council Tax so if you are an exempt student, that would be a plus.
