Double room in Llansamlet

Single bed can be changed for a double if you prefer that

I have a furnished double room available to rent in nice size two bed detached house a nice quiet part of Llansamlet.

The room is a nice size and now has a double bed since the picture (can change this to a single if that is preferred).

I also have an attic room / guest room that can be used as an office space if you work from home however this will be a shared room

Located just off junction 44 and walking distance to/from Llansamlet train station and several bus stops. Just off the motorway so easy links Bridgend, Llanelli, Morriston Hospital, DVLA etc

I’m a single female, 42 with a cat - she’s so cute and friendly! She’s getting on a bit and sleeps a lot

I work full time and have a part time job plus go to the gym 2-3 times a week so I’m not really home much

Looking for someone clean and tidy, fairly quiet with a clean record and a non smoker. Please no party animals that bring back different men/women every weekend

Due to the nature of my job a clean record is a must.
