Two rooms in quite relaxed house

I am looking for a professional person for a house share, you will have access to a shared kitchen dining open plan large space, shared bathroom with a shower over bath. There are two living rooms and we are happy for you to put your stamp on one and have that living room. The bedrooms are a good size double which includes double bed two bedside cabinets a TV unit and chest of draws and Wardrobe.
All bills included, gas, electric, water, TV licence, council tax and virgin media broadband
There are two resident house dogs in the house breed small jack Russell. They are both very loving and love attention so if your not a dog person probably best you don't apply

We’re both pretty relaxed and spend most of our free time cooking, sorting stuff in the house or watching a good box sets. Shared spaces/appliances are kept clean and we usually give the house a good clean every weeks or so but we do clean as we go in this house. We would ask that you help clean shared spaces and be responsible for cleaning your own bedroom.

both the house and street are quiet, family friendly and not suitable anyone in their party/nightlife phase of life sorry. Happy for you to have guests and it's lovely to meet new people but please just be respectful is all we ask.

Pros - fully equipped kitchen with 9kg washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker and air fryer.
Being in town centre train station is only 2 minute walk giving great links to both Cardiff and Swansea.
All the town centre is only a sort walk away from the house.
We are happy for you to paint and make your space your own.

Cons - there is only street parking which is permit only but I've never had a issue with finding a space.
We have only been in the house a year so still a working progress
