Large friendly stunning house, furnished modern spacious property with all modern conveniences, all bills included. Would suit professional working person, contractor, student, short term or long term let available. Full Time employed preferred. Long term lets are encouraged. We also have dog so if you do not like pets would not be for you as they are part of our family. The property is central to all amenities, sports, town, rail and bus routes, also near to PT Steel works & M4. Must be clean and clean up after use.
I do accept couples, but at a different rate, that also goes for short term stays for example 1 week - 3 weeks.
You need to be clean and tidy , no mess and respect all other lodgers.
