Spacious double rooms available in shared house

Looking for two female professionals. For two large spacious double rooms in a shared comfortable house in a nice area of Swansea (Sketty/Tycoch). Close to Singleton hospital and Swansea University, and a short distance to local shops and amenities. Non-smokers only but vaping allowed. No candles or incense permitted due to fire hazards.

Both rooms are spacious, slightly larger front facing room with King-size Bed and still very spacious garden facing room with Double bed

Same Furniture in both bedrooms: Bed, 2 bedside tables with touch lamps, Wardrobe, Set of drawers, Desk and Chair in both rooms.

- Open Kitchen with breakfast bar and nice garden area. Fridge-freezer and storage cupboard space to be shared with 1 other person

- Fully furnished.
- You would share a bathroom (Combined Bath & Shower, toilet and washbasin), with one other person. There is an additional communal toilet downstairs.

- All bills and internet included.
- Cleaner comes in once a week for all areas, rooms, and toilets.
- Spacious garden with table & chairs
- Close to food shops (corner shop 3 doors away, Co-op 2mins walk away, Tesco at Sketty Cross (5mins walk away)
- 20 mins walk away from Singleton Hospital and Swansea University.

There is one cat in the house ('Ody') who is very friendly, so ideally someone who likes (or puts up with) cats! No other pets permitted.
LGBTQIA+ friendly.
There is on street parking.

Viewing the property is strongly encouraged. One other occupant, sociable and relaxed (me).

About me: I own the property and live in it. I’m sociable, friendly, and work(ed) at Swansea Uni. I’m into digital photography and colouring in. I used to snowboard, play underwater hockey, and freedive.

Professionals preferred. Females preferred. Some flexibility with move-in date (feel free to message me to ask but the rooms are available from now (mid-July onwards).
