Double room in owner-occupied home – Sketty

Owner-occupied house with a bright double bedroom available. Shared lounge, kitchen and a large garden. The house is well presented and looked after.

Great central Sketty location close to shops, cafés and restaurants. Walking distance to the hospital, university and bus routes, with easy access to Mumbles, the Gower and the M4.

I’m looking for a professional (or postgraduate student) who’s tidy, respectful and fairly independent. The house is generally quiet during the week and suits someone with a similar routine.

Ideally suited to someone who is office-based or working away, rather than working from home full-time.
Room is for one person only.

Interests include fitness, gym, running, cycling, yoga, outdoors, coffee, cooking and the occasional Netflix night but equally happy doing our own thing.
