Sea views for med students / young professionals

I'm starting at Swansea Medical School in September and looking for two fellow students or young professionals for housemates.

This is my second time at uni after a career change, so looking for people in a similar position or age. That said, I'm sociable, love the outdoors as much as the pub, and looking for housemates who would be good mates. If you're a Swansea med student too, that would be a bonus but not a necessity.

...and I have a dog! He's a very good boy.

Each of the two rooms for rent will have their own double bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The large family bathroom is shared between the three of us, but there is a second bathroom too.

Large double reception room, large kitchen with washer, dryer, dishwasher, large south-facing garden with sea views. Sketty high street on the doorstep, and a short walk/cycle to the medical school and beach.

On-street parking. I have one spare (free) permit, but there is also non-permit parking directly outside the house.

Council tax band: E (would be exempt if all students, or split by non-students)
