The current 3 students are moving out at the end of August as there are moving in with partners etc. The house is on Balaclava Street, St Thomas, very close to the bus stop and cycle path (10 mins to Swansea University Bay Campus or a bit longer to Singleton); Sainsbury's, other shops and Wind Street are all in easy walking distance. Very close to the SA1 campus and Bay campus.
The house is suitable for three sharing or for four if there is a couple as one bedroom is very large.

The house was renovated a few years ago and each bedroom has a double bed with storage, double wardrobe, drawers and a desk, . There is also a large kitchen and shared through lounge/dining room with SmartTV. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and garden. The tenancy is available from 1st September. The total rent of the property is £1400 and students (either undergraduate or graduate) are prefered. Open to students who buddy-up.
